Returns & refund policy

At Beauty Bliss Studio we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because many of our products are personal care items (including sprays, creams, oils, and cleansers), we follow a clear hygiene-first returns policy.

Change of mind returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if all of the following are true:

  • The product is unused and unopened
  • The original packaging is intact
  • Factory seals / tamper seals / pump seals are unbroken
  • You include proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

For change of mind returns, return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless we advise otherwise.

Opened or used products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns on products that have been opened or used, including:

  • Sprays and oils
  • Creams, butters, and scrubs
  • Face wash and cleansers
  • Soaps and similar personal care items
  • Supplements / capsules once opened

A broken seal, missing protective cap, or opened packaging is treated as opened.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, leaking, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right.

Please send:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and the issue
  • A short description of the problem

For approved faulty / damaged / incorrect orders, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Return shipping for these cases is covered by Beauty Bliss Studio.

How refunds work

  • Once we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are only refunded when the return is due to our error or a faulty/damaged product

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or used personal care products (unless faulty)
  • Products returned after the 14-day change of mind window
  • Products without original packaging or proof of purchase
  • Sale / clearance items marked as final sale (if applicable)

How to start a return

Message us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and share return instructions:
